Grady Gammage, Jr. Speaks at “Water in Arizona: Our Past, Present and Future” event

On Friday, January 19th, 2018, Founding Partner Grady Gammage, Jr. took the stage with former U.S. Senator Jon Kyl at an event titled “Water in Arizona: Our Past, Present and Future.” This event, hosted by the Arizona Chamber Foundation, Prosper Arizona, and the ASU Kyl Center for Water Policy featured an in depth discussion between Gammage and Kyl about the state of water in Arizona. The event welcomed a range of attendees, from legislators and policy makers to business leaders and educators, all interested in understanding how our future will flow.

In conjunction with the talk, Prosper Arizona published a policy brief to summarize the state of water in Arizona.

Double Bubble, Ltd. had its secured claim deflated in U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission v. ISC, Inc., 2017WL 3736796 (U.S.D.Ct., W.D.Wisc., 2017).

ISC, Inc., doing business as Insurance Service Center was in receivership. Double Bubble claimed to be a secured creditor with a security interest perfected by the filing of a Uniform Commercial Code financing statement with the Wisconsin Department of Financial Institutions.
