Firm Client Project Cadence at Gateway Featured in AZ RE Magazine
G&B client Harvard Investments’ Cadence at Gateway project is highlighted in the May/June edition of AZ RE magazine. The project is a 464 acre master-planned community located in southeast Mesa. Harvard adopted a unique approach in planning and developing this project by placing a focus on women, who they expect to be primary decision makers in the community. In addition, they assembled a team of women leaders in the real estate community as key decision makers for the project.
