The 1,000-acre community with Frank Lloyd Wright influences will have 230 homes and will be developed on one of the last large developable parcels in Cave Creek.
Our team of land use, real estate, and litigation attorneys have worked closely with Cahava Springs developers Mark Stapp and Dennis Mathisen on this project and we are pleased to see this project moving forward.
