Congratulations to firm client Wentworth Property Company on the addition of Chase Bank to their Discovery Business Campus office park. Discovery Business Campus located near Loop 101 and Elliot Road in Tempe.

Chase purchased 67-acres at the development and plans to have more than 4,000 employees on the 800,000-square-foot office campus.

After many years, Gammage & Burnham client Cahava Springs Corp. received approval to move forward with its Cave Creek Cahava Springs project. The 1,000-acre community with Frank Lloyd Wright influences will have 230 homes and will be developed on one of the last large developable parcels in Cave Creek.
