PHOENIX – Gammage & Burnham is pleased to announce that Chloe Plaisance and Evan Russell have joined the firm’s growing team of attorneys and professionals.
Chloe Plaisance is an attorney in both the Land Use & Zoning and Real Estate Practice Groups. 
Her practice includes representing various landowners, real estate developers, and homebuilders throughout the Valley and Northern Arizona. She also guides clients through the entitlement process and regularly attends neighborhood meetings, zoning adjustment hearings, planning commissions, and city council meetings.
Chloe graduated magna cum laude from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University and is a member of the Order of the Coif. While in law school, Chloe was honored as a Willard H. Pedrick Scholar and served as a Staff Writer and Articles Editor for the Arizona State Law Journal.
Evan Russell is an attorney in the firm’s Litigation Practice Group. 
His practice focuses on commercial litigation, contract disputes, and real estate and construction matters in state court. Prior to joining Gammage & Burnham, Evan was a litigation associate where he represented clients in personal injury and wrongful death, premises liability, and other matters.
Evan began his law school journey at Suffolk University in Boston, Massachusetts, but graduated from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at ASU. At ASU, he earned a CALI Excellence Award for NCAA Compliance, Infractions. While in law school, Evan externed for the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office, where he received Rule 39(C) Limited Practice Certification, and conducted research for the district’s senior attorney. He also clerked for Generation Justice, researching federal and state child welfare laws to inform legislative policy change recommendations. Evan received his B.S. in Finance from the University of Connecticut and spent a semester abroad in Barcelona. Prior to law school, he worked for three years in immigration, ultimately helping coordinate the immigration program for Wayfair, Inc.
