Chloe Plaisance is a dedicated attorney focusing on land use, zoning, and real estate law. She helps landowners, developers, and homebuilders navigate complex entitlement processes and real estate transactions, ensuring their projects move forward smoothly.

Chloe Plaisance is an associate attorney at Gammage & Burnham, where she represents clients in the Land Use & Zoning and Real Estate Practice Groups. She guides landowners, real estate developers, and homebuilders through the intricacies of the entitlement process, regularly attending neighborhood meetings, zoning adjustment hearings, planning commissions, and city council meetings. Chloe also assists with the acquisition, leasing, development, and sale of real property, providing comprehensive support for her clients’ real estate needs.

Chloe graduated magna cum laude from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University, where she was a member of the Order of the Coif and recognized as a Willard H. Pedrick Scholar. During law school, she served as a Staff Writer and Articles Editor for the Arizona State Law Journal, further honing her legal research and writing skills.

Outside of her legal practice, Chloe enjoys spending time outdoors with her dog, Kane, and appreciates Arizona’s sunshine. She is also passionate about art, reading, yoga, and visiting her family in Colorado.
