Mike King and Tim Forsman to lead Legal Insights Lunch on Digital Transactions
BEYOND THE SIGNATURE: eTransactions & Digitizing Credit Contracts
On August 7th, Michael King and Tim Forsman will explain the basics of the federal Electronic Signatures and teach how the principles of eTransactions apply to the day to day issues encountered by credit managers in an interactive presentation for Southwest Business Credit Services.
Quite often, credit managers encounter electronic document and signature issues. This presentation will explain the basics of the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (“ESIGN”) and the Uniform Electronic Transaction Act (“UETA”).

City of Phoenix Receives $30 Million Neighborhood Grant
Congratulations to our clients the Phoenix Housing Department and Gorman Development who were awarded a $30 million Choice Neighborhoods Implementation Grant from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to redevelop city owned public housing. The $30 million grant will be used to transform the Edison-Eastlake community into a vibrant mixed-income neighborhood. Gorman was selected by the City of Phoenix to serve as the grant’s Housing Implementation Entity.
We are proud to be a part of the team that will to help fulfill Phoenix’s vision to revitalize the public housing area with redeveloped neighborhoods and public open space.

AZRE Forum is Arizona’s mid-year update and forecast. AZRE magazine will host a panel of Arizona’s top commercial real estate experts, including Gammage & Burnham founder Grady Gammage, Jr., yielding in-depth discussions of economics, development, and state of the industry. At the AZRE forum, guests will dig deep into what’s happening in the market and how it will shape our state and potential business.
Once more, Grady Gammage, Jr. will be a moderator of the AZRE Forum.
G&B Welcomes 2018 Summer Clerks
At the beginning of June, Gammage & Burnham welcomed our 2018 Summer Clerks: Garrett Nebeker, Christopher Koester, and Tyler Milliron. All three clerks are currently attending law schools in Arizona and will be exploring various practice areas as they get to know Phoenix and the history of our firm.
Garrett Nebeker [left] just completed his first year of law school at the ASU Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law and he is still exploring which practice areas he is interested in. Garrett graduated from Barrett, the Honors College at ASU, with a degree in finance and global politics.
