Timothy J. Martens Elected as Managing Partner

Gammage & Burnham is pleased to announce that Timothy J. Martens was elected Managing Member of the Firm on May 13, 2015. Tim started his legal career at the Firm. Tim has been associated with Gammage & Burnham for more than 20 years and has held numerous leadership roles, including participation on the firm’s compensation committee and serving as chair of the Marketing Committee. He is a graduate of the University of Arizona. Tim’s law practice focuses on real estate, lending and business transactions, including the purchase, sale, leasing and development of real estate, business planning and commercial lending transactions. He also has over 25 years experience representing creditors and debtors in bankruptcy cases. Tim is a certified public accountant and actively supports a number of civic and charitable organizations.
