Client Project Chandler Viridian by Hines Project Selected NAIOP Transaction of the Year
Congratulations to firm client Hines and its Chandler Viridian by Hines project on being selected as the NAIOP Transaction of the Year for 2014. The land assemblage, which took over two years to complete, sets the stage for the development of a mixed-use office, hotel, retail and apartment project in a key location in the City of Chandler adjacent to the Chandler Fashion Center.
