Tim Forsman co-chairs Gammage & Burnham’s Corporate and Finance practice, where he draws on his extensive experience to provide comprehensive legal counsel on a wide range of corporate matters. His practice is focused on advising private companies and nonprofit organizations through complex transactions, including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, and minority investments. During law school, Tim earned CALI awards in contracts, constitutional law, professional responsibility, evidence, conflict of laws, and jurisprudence. He also served as Executive Articles Editor for the Arizona State Law Journal and completed an externship with the Arizona Supreme Court Staff Attorney’s Office.
