Lindsay C. Schube

Lindsay Schube is a skilled attorney specializing in zoning and land use law, with a focus on securing land use entitlements for developers and landowners. Lindsay is an attorney at Gammage & Burnham, where she provides comprehensive legal representation to clients in the land use and development sectors. Her practice includes both legislative and administrative aspects of zoning, with a particular emphasis on obtaining entitlements for her clients through neighborhood organizations, planning commissions, city councils, and other regulatory bodies. She regularly handles rezoning approvals, stipulation modifications, variances, use permits, site plan approvals, and plats, ensuring her clients’ projects move forward efficiently.

In addition to her work in land use, Lindsay has developed a focus on advising clients in the cannabis industry, particularly on land use and permitting matters before local governments and the Arizona Department of Health Services.
