James Polese to Present at the ASCPA Phoenix Tax Workshop
James Polese will be one of the presenters at the Arizona Society of Certified Public Accountants Phoenix Tax Workshop on Saturday, January 17th. James’ topic is The Use of the IRA Trust for Estate Planning and Asset Protections.
James has extensive experience in tax and business planning as well as estate planning. He is a long time member of the Advisory Board for the Phoenix Tax Workshop. He has spoken and written on many business, tax, and estate planning matters.
Gammage & Burnham Announces Two New Partners
We are pleased to announce that firm associates Heather Boysel and Michael Gillette have agreed to join the firm’s partnership, effective January 1, 2015.
Heather joined Gammage & Burnham in summer 2007 following graduation from law school. Her practice includes health care and commercial litigation.
Michael’s practice is focused primarily on emerging company formation and finance, securities offerings and private placements, corporate acquisitions and reorganizations, commercial and private lending, and other complex commercial transactions.
