Timothy J. Martens Elected as Managing Partner
Gammage & Burnham is pleased to announce that Timothy J. Martens was elected Managing Member of the Firm on May 13, 2015. Tim started his legal career at the Firm. Tim has been associated with Gammage & Burnham for more than 20 years and has held numerous leadership roles, including participation on the firm’s compensation committee and serving as chair of the Marketing Committee. He is a graduate of the University of Arizona. Tim’s law practice focuses on real estate, lending and business transactions, including the purchase, sale, leasing and development of real estate, business planning and commercial lending transactions.
Client Douglas Wilson Receives Approval from City of Tempe for Project at Former Monti’s Site
Firm client, Douglas Wilson Companies, was successful in obtaining approval from the City of Tempe for their One Hundred Mill mixed use project. The project consists of two towers on the historic Monti’s La Casa Vieja site at Mill Avenue and Rio Salado in the City of Tempe.
