Attorneys Kevin Blakley and Greg Gnepper recently prevailed in hotly contested litigation over a commercial loan. At stake was a post-foreclosure deficiency claim exceeding $5 million. The parties disputed the value of commercial property that served as collateral, and certain defendants also argued that language in the loan documents limited their exposure. After a full trial involving multiple expert witnesses, our client prevailed on all issues—and the Arizona Court of Appeals affirmed the judgment in all respects.
