Now that all of the ballots have been counted, several Valley communities have new council members. These include Avondale, Buckeye, Chandler, Gilbert, Glendale, Mesa, and Queen Creek. In addition, Maricopa County has a new county supervisor. New city council members can mean new policies in many cities.
