Gammage & Burnham client Baum Development received unanimous approval from the Tempe City Council on a development agreement for their Hayden Flour Mill redevelopment project. Baum will redevelop the city-owned site with a hotel, retail buildings, and an entertainment venue that incorporate the mill building and silos.
