Stephen Schutz is an experienced real estate and transactional attorney with a broad practice that spans real estate acquisitions, leasing, development, and construction law. Stephen is an attorney with Gammage & Burnham, where he focuses on real estate transactions, construction law, and corporate matters. He represents a diverse range of clients, including homebuilders, commercial developers, landlords, tenants, and landowners, guiding them through the acquisition, sale, leasing, and development of real estate. Stephen also brings valuable experience to construction law, advising building owners, tenants, and landowners on matters related to construction projects. In addition to his real estate and construction work, his practice includes mergers and acquisitions, asset transactions, commercial contracting, and corporate governance.
A Nebraska native, Stephen also has extensive experience working with clients in the agricultural industry. He has helped farmers, growers, and multinational commodity trading companies with everything from acquiring agricultural land to capitalizing on opportunities throughout the supply chain.

In 2024, Stephen and his wife relocated from Nebraska to Arizona, where they enjoy exploring the state and spending time outdoors.
