Pamela Georgelos is a skilled transactional attorney with a focus on real estate and commercial matters. She advises clients on a wide range of complex transactions, including the purchase, sale, leasing, development, and financing of real property, as well as corporate governance, business formation, and joint ventures. Pamela’s practical approach to negotiations and her deep understanding of both the legal and business aspects of transactions make her a trusted advisor for a variety of clients.
Pamela is an attorney with Gammage & Burnham’s Real Estate and Corporate Practice Groups, where she provides strategic legal counsel to a diverse client base. Her practice spans both real estate and commercial law, and she represents purchasers, sellers, developers, landlords, tenants, borrowers, lenders, and investors at every stage of the transaction process. From negotiating transaction terms to drafting comprehensive agreements, conducting due diligence, and overseeing transaction closings, Pamela’s hands-on approach ensures that her clients’ business goals are met efficiently and effectively.
With a broad and varied client portfolio, Pamela has gained valuable experience in advising on complex real estate deals, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments, as well as acquisition and financing transactions. Her corporate practice includes counseling business clients on matters such as business formation, operating and shareholder agreements, corporate governance, joint ventures, and asset sales. She is known for her ability to identify key issues and structure deals that are both legally sound and business-savvy.
Pamela’s practical approach to the law is complemented by her active involvement in local governance. She serves as Chair of the Paradise Valley Planning Commission, where she is actively engaged in the development and growth of the community. This role allows Pamela to stay deeply informed about local zoning, land use, and planning matters, which adds further value to her real estate clients.
Pamela earned her law degree from the University of Arizona College of Law, where she was involved in a variety of student organizations and activities that helped sharpen her legal and leadership skills. Prior to law school, she obtained her undergraduate degree in business, which has provided her with a strong foundation in corporate law and business practices.
Outside of her legal practice, Pamela enjoys spending time with her family, exploring Arizona’s outdoor activities, and volunteering in her community. Her involvement in local civic organizations reflects her commitment to both her profession and her community.
