John Dacey has been elected to serve as the president of the Adelante Healthcare Board of Directors.
Adelante is a Federally Qualified Community Health Center (FQCHC) that serves people in medically underserved areas.
Gammage & Burnham Welcomes Christopher L. Raddatz
Gammage & Burnham is pleased to announce that Christopher L. Raddatz joined the firm as a partner in January.
Chris’s practice focuses primarily on commercial real estate transactions, federal taxation, and business and finance. He has extensive experience in commercial real estate acquisitions, real estate lending, refinancing and workouts, planned community development, and drafting and enforcement of commercial leases.
Chris graduated with a B.A. from Arizona State University and received his J.D. cum laude from St. Thomas University School of Law. He also received a L.L.M. from New York University School of Law in 2002.

Client Wentworth Development Company Secures Northern Trust for Discovery Business Park Project
We would like to congratulate our client, Wentworth Development Company, on the agreement to bring Northern Trust to Discovery Business Park in Tempe. Northern Trust will build a 450,000-square-foot three-building center that will serve as their regional operations center.
Firm Client IRIS USA, Inc. to Build Regional Headquarters in Surprise
Gammage & Burnham client IRIS USA, Inc. will build their regional headquarters in Surprise. IRIS USA, Inc. is a subsidiary of IRIS Ohyama, Inc. of Sendai, Japan that manufacturers consumer products, including clear plastic storage products. The project will be a 280,000-square-foot building on 30 acres in Surprise’s Southwest Railplex Industrial District and will include office, manufacturing, and distribution facilities.
