Grady Gammage, Jr. participated in a recent teleforum on Protecting Property Rights in the Sharing Economy. This podcast was sponsored by The Federalist Society for Law and Public Policy Studies.
The teleforum focuses on the recent law signed on June 1st by Governor Doug Ducey prohibiting local and municipal governments from banning Internet-based “sharing economy” rental services like Airbnb and VRBO, which connect travelers with short-term vacation rentals and the broader issues relating to property rights and the sharing economy.

Heather Boysel Elected to Adelante Healthcare Board of Directors
Gammage & Burnham member Heather Boysel has been elected to the Adelante Healthcare Board of Directors. Adelante Healthcare currently operates nine health centers throughout Arizona and offers a variety of medical and health services to patients of all economic backgrounds.
Heather joined Gammage & Burnham in 2007 after graduating from Arizona State University Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law. Her areas of practice include health care, litigation, collections, and real estate.
