Jacqueline is an attorney with the firm’s Litigation Practice Group. Her practice focuses on Litigation & Alternative Dispute Resolution, Construction, Health Care, and Real Estate.
Prior to joining Gammage & Burnham, Jacqueline worked as a Law Clerk for the Arizona Division I Court of Appeals for the Honorable Samuel A. Thumma, performing research and drafting recommended decisions in civil, criminal, family, juvenile, and administrative cases. She also presented case recommendations at judicial panel conferences and assisted in finalizing decisions.
Jacqueline earned her law degree from University of Arizona. During law school, Jacqueline externed at a family law firm practice, where she gained invaluable experience learning about property and asset agreements. She also increased her experience working as a research assistant for Professor Ellie Bublick and externing at the Arizona Division I Court of Appeals. Jacqueline also participated in the Student Bar Association, the Innocence Project clinic, and the Innovation for Justice Lab.
She received her B.A. degree from the University of Arizona in Law with a minor in Global Studies. Jacqueline discovered her passion for serving others while completing her undergraduate work. She cultivated this passion through internships at Labor’s Community Service Agency and the International Rescue Committee.
Jacqueline loves spending time with friends and family, travel, and will catch any sporting event she can make it to. She also enjoys volunteering in the Phoenix community.
