Jacqueline E. Marzocca is an attorney with the firm’s Health Care and Corporate practice groups. Jacqui’s practice focuses on the complexities within the healthcare and corporate realms.
Within the healthcare arena, Jacqui represents healthcare providers in government investigations, enforcement actions, administrative and licensing proceedings, administrative appeals involving provider-payor disputes and civil penalties, and represents clients in investigations by the Department of Health and Human Services, Office of Civil Rights. Jacqui also works with hospital clients to assist with medical reimbursement disputes.
Jacqui’s work in the corporate field includes assisting clients through mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, forming businesses and non-profits, and applying for and renewing trademarks with the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
Prior to joining Gammage & Burnham, Jacqui worked as a Law Clerk at the Arizona Division I Court of Appeals for the Honorable Samual A. Thumma. Jacqui is a proud double-wildcat, attending the University of Arizona for both her Bachelor of Arts in Law and her Juris Doctor. During her free time, Jacqui loves to spend time with friends and family, travel, and support the Phoenix Suns. Jacqui is also proud to serve on the Advisory Board for the Scottsdale/Paradise Valley YMCA.
