Ashley Liu is a detail-oriented attorney with experience in transactional and regulatory matters. Her background as a judicial law clerk and policy analyst equips her with strong analytical and drafting skills that she applies to help clients navigate complex legal challenges.
Ashley is an attorney with Gammage & Burnham’s Corporate & Finance Practice Group, where she helps clients with business formation, corporate governance, and a wide range of transactional and financing matters. She draws on her prior experience with the firm to bring clients practical solutions, strong drafting skills, and a detail-oriented approach that ensures their interests are well protected.
Before joining the firm, Ashley served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Cynthia J. Bailey at the Arizona Court of Appeals, Division I. She also externed with the Governor’s Regulatory Review Council, assisting state agencies with rulemaking and compliance. Prior to law school, she worked as a healthcare policy analyst at Acumen, LLC, where she developed data-driven tools for federal healthcare programs and coordinated responses to public health emergencies.
Ashley earned her J.D. from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University, graduating in the top 5% of her class. She served as Executive Operations Editor of the Arizona State Law Journal and published a comment on administrative rulemaking. She also holds dual B.A. degrees in Economics and Statistics from the University of California, Berkeley.
Outside her practice, Ashley enjoys interior decorating and gardening, and she is conversationally fluent in Mandarin.
