As a Senior Land Use Planner, Michelle brings a breadth of experience to clients of all sizes. With over 25 years of experience in the development process, she has helped clients through the discretionary entitlement process and beyond. She has a keen understanding of permitting, construction and business management and is particularly knowledgeable about post entitlement issues.
Michelle currently serves on the City of Phoenix Desert View Village Planning Committee where she carefully evaluates the development of North Phoenix. This experience allows her to view entitlement projects “from the other side of the dais” and offer that viewpoint to her clients.
Michelle lives in North Phoenix with her husband Dominic, and daughters Ella and Luci and an array of foster kittens.
