Project Summary

Request on behalf of Gammage & Burnham, PLC for a Major Amendment to the Surprise Farms – South Planned Area Development (PAD). The request is to rezone approximately 11 acres, located at the immediate southwest corner of Bell Road and Citrus Road, from Commercial (C-2) to High Density Residential (HDR). The end result will be to develop the proposed 11-acres with the abutting 24-acres of existing HDR to develop a 315-unit multifamily residential project at 1-2 stories in height.
