Project Summary

Request on behalf of Gammage & Burnham, PLC for a Major Amendment to the Palm Valley Phase 5 Planned Area Development (PAD). The request is to rezone approximately 10.82 acres, located at the northeast corner of Indian School Road and Pebble Creek Parkway, from Mixed Use Commercial to Multi-Family 12 (MF-12). The end result will be to develop the property with a two-story, 105-unit multi-family residential community.
