Before joining Gammage & Burnham, Stephanie worked as a Real Estate paralegal at a national law firm, where she supported transactions involving storage facilities, retail centers, and mixed-use properties across the country. Her background includes title and survey review, record searches, examination of title commitments, and coordination with title companies to clear issues efficiently. She also has experience assisting with renewable energy lease documentation and recordings.
