Before joining Gammage & Burnham, Gina ran her own solo practice focused on federal and state employment law, and prior to that served as a Senior Federal Trial Attorney for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) in both the Phoenix and Los Angeles District Offices. Her deep understanding of federal employment discrimination law and her hands-on experience with employer handbooks and investigations equip her to offer unparalleled insights into effective workplace practices.
