Dennis Newcombe is a seasoned urban planner who has worked in both the public and private sectors of the metropolitan Phoenix planning community for more than 25 years. Dennis has experience with all types of land use entitlement applications, from master-planned communities to urban infill projects, and has worked in all jurisdictions throughout metro Phoenix.  Dennis maintains a close affiliation with Arizona State University and was an Associate Professor who taught a class in Practical Applications of Planning and Zoning from 2003 to 2006 and Ethics and Theory in Planning,  2007. Dennis lives in Phoenix and serves and participates in many endeavors throughout the Valley.
