Daniella Lertzman is a thoughtful, strategic commercial litigator who represents businesses and individuals in complex disputes. Drawing on her courtroom experience, she takes a steady approach to helping clients navigate challenging legal matters.
Daniella is an attorney with Gammage & Burnham’s Litigation Practice Group, where she advises and advocates for clients across a broad range of matters including complex commercial disputes, civil matters, real estate disputes, and healthcare matters. She represents clients through all phases of litigation, from early case assessment to motion practice and resolution.
Daniella earned her J.D. from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University and her B.A., summa cum laude, in Literature from San Diego State University. She is admitted to practice in Arizona and the United States District Court for the District of Arizona and has been recognized as a Southwest Super Lawyers Rising Star (2025–2026).
Before joining the firm, Daniella practiced with a boutique litigation firm where she handled employment and labor disputes, election law matters, and landlord-tenant litigation. She gained experience in law school through externships at the Arizona Court of Appeals and the Arizona Supreme Court. She also gained hands-on courtroom experience as a student attorney at ASU’s Public Defender Clinic.
In her free time, Daniella enjoys hiking, reading, yoga, and exploring local restaurants.
