City of Phoenix Planning Case Nos. GPA-DSTV-2-23-2, GPA-DSTV-3-23-2, & Z-39-23-2

Thank you for your interest in Black Mountain Village!
We would like to thank the community for the outpouring of input last fall regarding what they would like to see in a neighborhood commercial development. We listened and have revised the proposed site plan and proposed amendment language to the Desert Ridge Specific Plan (“DRSP”) to respond to the community’s feedback. Revisions to the proposed neighborhood commercial center include limiting the size of any individual store/retailer (e.g. grocer) to a maximum of 65,000 SF and prohibiting an automobile service / fueling station.
