Request on behalf of Capital Allocation Partners to rezone and develop approximately 5.32 acres of property located at the northeast corner of 73rd Avenue and Thunderbird Road. The developer has applied for a Zone Change with Overlay to rezone the Property from RU-43 (Rural Residential) to R-4 RUPD (Multiple Family Residential with Residential Unit Plan of Development). This request will allow the currently vacant Property to be developed into a high-quality townhome-style multifamily residential community. The proposed townhome-style community will be limited to two stories with each home featuring a private, two-car garage and private yard. Project Location
