Current Lateral Opportunities
We are currently looking for a seasoned attorney with extensive experience and an established practice in Arizona, for community property estate planning, tax and probate law. An LL.M. in taxation is a plus, as well as experience planning for high net worth individuals and involvement with sophisticated income, partnership and corporate tax planning. This individual will have the opportunity to assume a leadership role in the firm’s estate planning and tax practice area, monitoring and mentoring junior associates. Must have a significant portable book of business.
We also have an opportunity for a senior level environmental attorney with at least 10 years experience. This individual will be expected to have a broad range of experience in handling matters relating to compliance issues involving state and federal environmental laws, rules and regulations, including CERCLA, RCRA and ADEQ rules and regulations. He or she will also work closely with our real estate and business organization groups in connection with due diligence review of environmental assessments and analysis of potential environmental issues in connection with real estate transactions and mergers and acquisitions. While there are opportunities for cross referrals within the firm, the ideal candidate will have a strong book of business.
