Litigation Associate – Phoenix
Gammage & Burnham seeks an associate attorney to join the litigation practice group. We handle a wide array of commercial litigation matters that arise in almost any forum, from administrative agencies to the Arizona Supreme Court. Our litigation associates are able to work in an environment where they have direct contact with clients and are afforded the opportunity to have greater responsibility for cases early in their career, while receiving appropriate oversight and training to develop into capable and efficient attorneys that can attract and retain clients. A successful candidate will have four to eight years of commercial litigation experience. Experience in construction or real estate litigation a plus.

Labor & Employment Attorney – Phoenix
Gammage & Burnham seeks an attorney to enhance its Labor and Employment Practice Group. Our employment practice encompasses everything from advising clients on staying out of harm’s way, defending discrimination claims, drafting employment and separation agreements, dealing with restrictive covenants at all phases from drafting through litigation, to trade secret issues, for both employees and employers. Our attorneys work in an environment where they have direct contact with clients and are afforded the opportunity to have greater responsibility for clients early in their careers.
The ideal candidate will have four to eight years of labor and employment experience at a national employment firm, or similar, and a strong entrepreneurial spirit. The firm offers first-class training and succession opportunities. Work-life balance is emphasized, and the firm is known for its collegiality and reasonable hours requirements (true 1800 hours). Current Arizona bar membership is required.
