Symmetry Companies has submitted a proposed Specific Plan for property northeast of Pine Canyon Estates along the J.W. Powell Boulevard alignment. The proposed Specific Plan would guide development of the property as a nature-oriented, master-planned community with retail, dining, lodging, and housing opportunities. The City of Flagstaff has assigned the application number PZ-25-00159-03.
