The first of these applications (Case No. Z-32-22-7) is a request for a height waiver to increase the maximum allowable height from 2-stories (30-feet) to 3-stories (36-feet). The second application (Case No. Z-SP-4-22-7) is for a Special Permit to allow for a storage facility in the C-2 zoning district.
