City of Phoenix Rezoning Case Nos. Z-32-22-7 and Z-SP-4-22-7

Project Summary

Request on behalf of SAFStor to rezone and develop approximately 2 acres of property located approximately 450-feet south of the southwest corner of 83rd Avenue and Buckeye Road. The first of these applications (Case No. Z-32-22-7) is a request for a height waiver to increase the maximum allowable height from 2-stories (30-feet) to 3-stories (36-feet). The second application (Case No. Z-SP-4-22-7) is for a Special Permit to allow for a storage facility in the C-2 zoning district.
