Stephanie L. Coulter has worked as a paralegal in the Labor and Employment field since 2004 and possesses substantial experience. Ms. Coulter holds an Associate’s degree in Business from Lamson College and graduated with a 4.0 GPA. Ms. Coulter also holds an Associate’s degree in Paralegal Studies from Kaplan College and graduated with a 3.8 GPA. Ms. Coulter has worked with Julie Pace and David Selden for more than 7 years in handling OSHA, employment and litigation matters. Prior to joining Julie and Dave, Stephanie worked as a paralegal at another Phoenix employment law firm for 8 ½ years.
Ms. Coulter’s experience includes corporate formations, DES appeals, EEOC filings, civil litigation, DES wage audits, Medical Board complaints, NLRB complaints, OSHA, and DOL audits. Ms. Coulter has assisted with all aspects of employment litigation in Justice Courts to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Ms. Coulter’s specialized field of expertise is OSHA defense and she has worked on cases throughout the United States and has knowledge of how to manage cases under the laws of many different states. States that she has assisted in defending OSHA cases include Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Maryland, New Jersey, New Mexico, Nevada, North Carolina, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, and Washington.
