Carol has over 30 years of litigation experience in the Arizona Superior and Federal courts with emphasis in the area of civil litigation. She has wide-ranging knowledge in a variety of practice areas including real estate disputes, corporate dissolution, construction defects, adversary actions in bankruptcy, and administrative hearings in the State of Arizona. Carol has assisted with numerous trials, evidentiary hearings, mediations, and arbitrations and has vast experience in pre and post-trial matters.
