Jonathan Bennett Elected to Equity Shareholder

Gammage & Burnham is pleased to announce that Jonathan A. Bennett has been elected to partner in the firm. Jon focuses on commercial finance, real estate and business organizations, and commercial transactions. He has experience in a variety of transactions, including real estate purchases and sales, commercial leases, asset-secured term loans, and formula-based working capital lines of credit in a variety of industries. He also assists clients with corporate governance, including business formations, operating and shareholder agreements, minutes and buy-out arrangements. He received his J.D. from the University of Michigan in 2008.
