We currently have 2 opportunities for senior level attorneys with at least 10 years of experience. Candidates must have a strong academic background from a top tier law school and a portable book of business.
We are looking for an estate planning attorney with extensive experience in estate planning, tax and probate law. An LL.M. in taxation is a plus, as well as experience planning for high net worth individuals.
We are also looking for a transaction attorney with experience in securities and corporate transactions including joint ventures, licensing agreements, manufacturing and supplier agreements, and other matters relates to domestic and international transactions.
