Our client base requires experience with the major federal environmental laws, including the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), the Clean Air Act (CAA), the Clean Water Act (CWA), the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA), etc. We can develop and present expert testimony on regulatory issues before federal, state and local agencies as well as provide lobbying support for state legislative activity.
