Environmental Law

We have full service environmental capability and have represented numerous clients in connection with a variety of environmental issues, including multi-party litigation in both federal and state court, regulatory counseling, response to notices of violation, permit development, environmental audits and compliance.

We are up to date on current environmental issues and environmental law including, but not limited to Climate Change, Mold, Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments, Conservation Easements, Storm Water Pollution Prevention Planning and Dust Control Regulations . To provide guidance to our clients on environmental laws, we maintain a base knowledge of air, water and waste, significant familiarity with administrative law and the agencies that implement environmental laws and an appreciation of environmental policies. Our client base requires experience with the major federal environmental laws, including the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), the Clean Air Act (CAA), the Clean Water Act (CWA), the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA), etc. We can develop and present expert testimony on regulatory issues before federal, state and local agencies as well as provide lobbying support for state legislative activity.
