Our clients include firms doing business nationally and internationally. We form corporations, limited liability companies and other entities, and prepare shareholder agreements, operating agreements, joint venture agreements and other owners’ agreements. A large part of our corporate practice involves mergers and acquisitions. We prepare employment agreements, executive employment contracts and non-competition agreements. We provide advice on and structure compensation packages, including incentive stock option plans. We also provide day-to-day advice and long term planning relating to a variety of matters, including employment, securities, environmental, intellectual property, antitrust and international issues.
