Elizabeth joined Gammage & Burnham in August 2007. After receiving an Associate’s degree in Paralegal Studies from Phoenix College, she was promoted to paralegal for various partners and associates in the firm. Elizabeth specializes in collections and bankruptcy, and commercial litigation. Her responsibilities include preparing reports, drafting legal documents and communicating with clients. She is a member of the Arizona Paralegal Association. Elizabeth is currently studying at Arizona State University in pursuit of a Bachelor’s of Arts in Justice Studies. Outside of work and school, Elizabeth enjoys spending time with her family. Her hobbies include reading and watching movies.

Jenifer Corey

Jenifer is a Land Use Planner with Gammage & Burnham, focusing on entitlement and development coordination for a variety of clients including commercial, office, industrial and residential developers. Her experience as a private planner requires balancing development proposals with often varying interests among the private client, the public planning department and community residents.

Jenifer’s work brings her to a variety of wonderful communities in Northern and Central Arizona, from the Verde Valley through Pinal County. Before coming to Gammage & Burnham, she was city planner in Peoria.

She is a past member of the Tempe Design Review Board and has been active since 1995 in the Arizona and American Planning Associations. Jenifer proudly calls herself a native Arizonan and graduated from Arizona State University. She recently celebrated her 13th anniversary with husband Michael. They live in Ahwatukee with their three children: Laney, Roman and Piper.

Crystal Francisco

Crystal started at Gammage & Burnham in 1988 as a legal secretary in the health care department. With more than 22 years of service, she is one of the firm’s most senior staff members. Crystal has a can-do attitude that helped her become a paralegal within the health care group in 1999, after learning her craft on the job. Today, Crystal works primarily on the collection of hospital liens. Previously she assisted in collections for hospitals from the counties regarding indigent patient care. In her free time, she and her husband, Bill, enjoy attending Suns and Diamondbacks games and serving with the Marine Corps Old Breed Detachment.

Eric Kirchner

Prior to joining Gammage & Burnham in September 2010, Eric worked for two of the largest firms in Arizona. He provided support in the representation of clients such as GEICO, Cooper Tire & Rubber Co., and Merck. He is now the litigation paralegal for our firm. Eric has extensive experience in complex, multi-party litigation and in preparing for hearings and trials, including creating electronic presentations. Before beginning his paralegal career in 2003, Eric obtained paralegal certification from Phoenix Career College.

Rob Lane

As a Land Use Planner, Rob focuses on entitlement and development coordination for commercial, industrial, office, non-profit, residential, solar energy and student housing developers. Rob, who joined the firm in 2007, has professional experience in the private, public and non-profit sectors of the planning profession. Before coming to Gammage & Burnham, Rob was the South Mountain Village Planner for the City of Phoenix, where he also managed the City’s freeway mitigation program and staffed Planning Commission briefings.

Rob is an active member of the Arizona Chapter of the American Planning Association. He recently served two terms as the Chapter’s Vice-President for Legislative Affairs. As a current member of the Laveen Village Planning Committee, he is also actively engaged with the local community.

Rob graduated with honors from Northwest Missouri State University in 1999, where his studies focused on geography and economic development. He later studied regional planning at Cornell University. Rob resides in Laveen with his wife, Amy, and their newborn baby boy, Reid.
