Profile
Rachel Weiss focuses her practice on employment law and commercial litigation. Ms. Weiss specializes in assisting employers in areas including discrimination, sexual harassment, wrongful termination, employment agreements and handbooks. She presents seminars on a broad range of employment issues, provides in-house employee training and is an author on employment law related topics. Publications include:

Ms. Weiss is a long-time resident of the Phoenix metropolitan area. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in the Plan II Honors Liberal Arts Program from the University of Texas at Austin in 1991 and her law degree from the University of Texas School of Law in 1994, and remains a devout Longhorn fan.
