Chris Womack represents companies of various sizes in a variety of industries including technology, software and Internet companies, consulting firms and service companies, and manufacturing and distribution companies. He is also a member of various organizations relating to his practice areas.

Chris received his B.A. degree summa cum laude from Arizona State University and his J.D. magna cum laude from the Arizona State University College of Law. He was a Managing Editor of the Arizona State Law Journal and graduated 3rd in his law school class. Upon graduation Chris received the John J. Ross Business Associations Excellence Award. Chris has also completed graduate course work in accounting and finance at the American Graduate School of International Management-Thunderbird.
