Mary M. Schroeder on the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, Curt Ullman entered private practice in San Francisco as a commercial litigator with McKenna, Conner & Cuneo. He joined Gammage & Burnham in 1984. Mr. Ullman practices in the general commercial litigation area with particular emphasis on health care matters. The firm has represented virtually every hospital in Arizona and is recognized as Arizona's preeminent firm in the areas of reimbursement, indigent health care and representation of health care providers in their dealings with the Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System ("AHCCCS"), Arizona's prepaid capitated Medicaid program.
