Ms. Geimer’s practice also involves advising and representing lenders and borrowers in commercial and residential real estate financing transactions, and counseling title companies on title insurance issues. Ms. Geimer received her undergraduate degree from American University in Washington, D.C. with High Honors, and earned her J.D. with Honors from Northwestern University, where she served on the Northwestern Law Review Board. She has also served as Chairman of the State Bar Business Section and a member of the State Bar Corporate Banking Legislative Subcommittee. |
