Profile
Jeff Miller concentrates his practice on real estate and financial transactions, primarily focusing on the representation of institutional and individual investors, developers, and lenders in connection with all types of real estate and financial matters, including retail, office, apartment and industrial leasing, purchase and sale transactions, property management issues, homeowners' associations, development agreements, master-planned communities and all issues related to property development.

Mr. Miller is also extensively involved in the representation of clients in connection with redevelopment projects which involve structuring public and private partnerships for the redevelopment of previously blighted and undeveloped in fill areas within local municipalities.

Mr. Miller received his undergraduate degree from Arizona State University and earned his J.D. with honors from the University of Arizona, where he served as a writer and editor of The Arizona Law Review. He is a frequent lecturer and writer on a wide variety of real estate related topics, and is listed in the 2008 edition of Best Lawyers in America in Real Estate Law.
