Tom McDonald is a transactions lawyer who focuses his practice in the fields of real estate, construction, corporate and commercial transactions.

In real estate, Mr. McDonald represents numerous major home builders, developers and others. His practice encompasses the acquisition, development, financing, lease and sale of residential, agricultural, commercial, office and industrial properties throughout Arizona. Mr. McDonald also has significant experience with public/private transactions, development and other land use agreements, improvement districts, community facility districts, and utility agreements.

Mr. McDonald was a contributing editor for the Arizona Commercial Real Estate Transaction Manual, published by the State Bar of Arizona, and a co-author of Arizona Corporate Practice published by West Group. He has continuously been selected for the Best Lawyers in America in Real Estate Law since the 2003-2004 edition. Mr. McDonald is also profiled in Legal 500.
